I understand the concern about flirtation, because you do need to be careful these days. But, that is what blocking is for, to block those you do not feel comfortable in communicating with. But, if you do not give permission for anyone to communicate with you, you could be losing an opportunity to make new friends. So, my policy is, if you do not want to communicate with me then I will return the favor and block you.
